Day 34: Cambria to Pismo Beach Today's Distance: 49 miles Total Distance: 1,647 miles I slept in and watched football as long as I possibly could. Had another tri-tip sandwich for lunch and got to catch part of the Raiders game with some other Raiders fans (something i'm not used to having grown up in San Diego). When I finally got on the road, the weather was nice and the ride was relatively flat compared to yesterday. The first half of the day I spent on Highway 1, then I rode through Morro Bay & Los Osos on quieter back roads. It wasn't very difficult, but today i'm extra tired and my butt is sore, so it was just one of those rides that just dragged on. There are days when you just zone out and next thing you know you just did 20 miles; And then there are the days that you constantly check your mileage and every time you look down you're only an inch further.
